Club Members

The LEBY/HACC fencing club is comprised of 40 active members and is ready to welcome more members at any time. We are a diverse group ranging from 10 year old beginning fencers to the #7 all time winning percentage in men's fencing at Penn State University.

The club instructor is Gary Rusen. Gary has fenced for 25 years within the Harrisburg Division. He has participated in the Coach's College and teaches a combination of sport and classic style of fencing.

The club has a very relaxed atmosphere and the members are very friendly and open. Fencers with experience or those who have completed a beginner's class may have a month-long grace period in the club before joining.

We are located at the Lebanon YMCA at the VA, at the beautiful Veterans Administration Hospital Campus in building #24, located in the rural outskirts of Lebanon, PA. We also offer classes at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC), Lebanon campus. Click here for directions to the facility.
