Tournament Schedule
Dear Fencer:
Please call 717 273 4015 to pre-register for the tournament you would like to attend. Pre-registration will reserve your place in that tournament. If you do not pre-register a $10 fee will be assessed. In addition, if there are not enough fencers and we are forced to cancel, you will be notified. All tournaments have been sanctioned by the division.
You must call by noon of the day before the tournament. This is imperative; we don’t want you showing up for a tournament that has been cancelled. Please feel free to pre-register by email at grusen@sarcclebanon.com.
When calling leave your name, phone number, and rating if any. You may pre-register another fencer, please give that fencers' name, phone number and rating in addition to your own. Cost $10 per event. If you are fencing in two events the same day, i.e. Epee and Saber, the second weapon charge is $5. Checks are made payable to the Harrisburg Division.

All Doublefence equipment is provided at no cost. In addition, instruction is Doublefence techniques will be provided from Noon to 1pm by Greg Ramsey, Internationally recognized Fight Director. Instruction will also be provided free of charge. Due to the nature of this event, the Doublfence tournament is not sanctioned by the USFA. |

Check in for the Tom Dann Epee Extravaganza is at 10 am, fencing starting at 10:30 am. There is a $20 entry fee. Reproduction swords are awarded to the top eight finishers, two other swords are awarded by lottery to the remaining fencers present at the conclusion of the tournament. |
